About Crissy Yongco

I am Crissy Yongco, a Freelance Hair & Make Up Artist from Queen City of the South. I am nurse but the passion for doing makeup and my creativity just stirred me to doing something that you are more passionate of which is makeup artistry. I do Bridal, Fashion, Debut, Face/Body Paint, and transformation make up and for any special occasion.

I love fashion, living in Cebu having alot of famous designer live here namely so many to mention! ;) Make-Up is my passion since like uhhmm 6years old! I always participate on my elementary dance troop in Chinese. My mom would do my make up. YES! I saw my own face on the mirror like lol iwas uhh mom? She just use her red lipstick as my eyeshadow, as my blush on and lastly my lipstick hahahaha…. Tell u the truth? No i don’t like it hahaha… So what i do is go to my mom dressing room, I took her Eyeliner, Blush on, Lipstick, and viola! i look like a clown but hey hey hey! look at me now… ;)


The make up that i really owned and really bought was Maybelline Eyeliner it cost around 365-450 peso? i think… I was 2nd year high school.. yeah! its expensive!lol… i save all those weekly allowances just to bought this eyeliner! crap what the hell was i thinking?haha…. I was so proud to call it my own.

On my college days taking up nursing, you need to be blooming everyday.. You dont want to look like your patients right?ahaha… If we don’t have make up on, the clinical instructors will scold us and give us extensions. So my make up technique and knowledge upgraded ;) My college classmate begs for me to do there make up! of course i use there own kikay kit.

From pencil eyeliner to Liquid Eyeliner (Doesn’t even give you those raccoon eyes) from Fashion 21 which is very affordable it was x2 with the regular price of my Maybelline Eyeliner (if you get sweaty, ull have raccoon eyes). XD then bought my own blush on from Fashion21. My face powder from Clean&Clear to Maybelline Free shine face powder.and so on and forth..hehehe ;)

Now:

I didn’t take any cosmetic courses.. Maybe am just talented but would really love to enroll myself to a Make-Up Academy to gain more knowledge from other Make-Up artist and Thanks to God who have given this talent that i am surely not gonna waste. :)


So you see, Make-Up is my passion. Its really what i want. Playing colors, is what i do. This is me and I made my dream come true. ^_^
